Handsome salary, if you manage to negotiate well.
Cons
Very hostile environment with absolutely no life. You are being hired as magicians not engineers, remember that. Make sure you submit your Hogwarts Id at the time of your joining. The salary you are paid for is price being paid to take the blame for the mistakes of managers favourites. Consider this during your salary negotiation. At times you will also feel some discrimination across certain groups. Don't expect any help from an over defensive HR who will very convincingly make you feel it is your fault.
