Salaries better than most, but come in at the highest level you can because upward mobility and salary increases are limited. Bonuses are often generous, but they are not salary. No RIFs in recent years. In fact trying to attract talent
Cons
Well it ain't Google - either in salary levels or in variety of work. It's a solid middle of the road company. People will always want to save their data. In past years - before 2020 - RIFs were common.
