Pros
Great company to work for, good benefits, nice people to work with, good life work balance
Cons
Uncertainty surrounding growth in HDD business, salary freezes for foreseeable future, not enough investment in certain areas in flash memory storage development (in my opinion), not a lot of opportunities for growth and promotion, and short term reactionary moves made to placate investors and shareholders at the expense of long term potential, just like most public companies (why hire hundreds of new employees only to institute layoffs?)
