      - The People I work with are very hardworking and pleasant. - They pay well as long as you negotiate. - Work Life balance is decent most of the year.

      Cons

      - Lack of tools to do the job. - Lack of funding for new technologies. - Lack of processes and procedures. - Shoot by the hip mentality. - Lots of layoffs. - No training program for new hires. - No bonus. - No Raise. - No room for growth.

      Pros

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Cons

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
