      Work life balance and very nice new office building.

      Cons

      Lack of room for development. Senior management is afraid of radical change and always wanted to stick to proven formula and avoid new things at all costs.

      Fast paced workplace. Lots of data to master SQL and data analysis

      Cons

      Toxic AF. Everybody seems to lower to 60% effort because the risk of getting tired is immense. If you give 100% and have to take a break and someone sees, the big boss will yell with a grumpy neurotic southern old man voice. Trust me, it is very unpleasant. If you are male, don't get hopes up for a promotion if there are any eligible girls. If it isn't done on purpose, then the general culture of cattiness and gossip will accomplish it anyway.
