Pros
Its a job in an area short of employment. Wish I had more to say but there is nothing.
Cons
Bad wages (operator) , pathetic bonuses. Forced to use holidays or unpaid for factory closures. Vindictive bullying management backed by HR . Religious disparity used in promotion , 90% of promotions go to the minority group (less than 5% of operators). Operators with illness harassed into resigning . Completely different set of rules for operators regarding pay rises , bonuses , illness and practically everything in between. Good honest hardworking people do not get promoted , the weasels and informants do. Management turns a blind eye to the deserving and embraces those who kiss their feet.
