Pros
Seamless is truly a rocket ship to be a part of. By far the MOST energetic company I've ever worked for even in a remote setting. The passion shared across the company is unlike anything I've been a part of, it's contagious every day and makes you want to be the best you can be. Fantastic people and opportunity. If you work hard, you will likely grow 5X faster here than at other companies. It's not uncommon to see someone promoted 2-3-4 times in a few years here. Amazing leadership. CEO/COO lead with employee-first mindset and transparency. Zero layoffs/furlough/pay cuts during COVID if that tells you anything. GROWTH is insane!! The opportunity is limitless and the product is incredible.
Cons
When you are on a rocket ship, things can change quickly. This is not a con, but you'll need to be able to adapt if you want to succeed here. If you aren't coachable and don't want to give 100%, you will not succeed here. Certain employment offerings could be better, i.e. PTO plan but that's all I can think of and I know this is being explored further!
