Pros

Unlimited compensation potential Work Remote! HUGE for family and work/life balance - Our CEO REALLY CARES about people. The company doesn't always do everything right, but it's obvious to see they're always acting in the best interest of the team and employees, and they truly care about every employee's life changing for the better as a part of working at Seamless.AI -Learn sales under some of the best sales professionals in the world - Fast-moving, high growth company focused on maximizing the success of the sales team - Collaboration across all depts is like nothing I've seen in 20 years in sales. Product cares about sales, sales cares about CS, CEO Cares about the BDR team. It's infectious, and it's freaking awesome to be a part of. - Great PTO policy and flexible management to accomodate life - 401k with company match, great investing options and a ROTH 401K Option! - VERY easy to use 401k and manage it

Cons

The Only 'con' that comes to front of mind would be the Benefits/insurance are still just average. BUT it's not for lack of effort or caring, we are constantly hearing about updated benefits and they've gotten 10x better since I started and is constantly improving.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
