The company is great to work for. The leadership does a tremendous job keeping energy as positive as possible with us all being remote. The team atmosphere is second to none. They are more than fair with compensation for their employees. They have high expectations for performance but give you all the tools to hit those goals. Truly a team mentality everyone pitches in to help everyone succeed.
Cons
Being fully remote is great some days but can be a strain other days. They do all they can to keep employees engaged and feel like we are in office but inevitably there are some days I feel like I am on an island.

- terrible higher management above the SDR managers
- terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out
- gives no help above upper management
- ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company.
