Pros
-Made some great friends working here (most of them have moved on to better opportunities -You have the ability to move to different departments (you have to put in your time as an SDR first, usually, and sometimes they just move you if they feel you're underperforming) -Diversity at this company is a joke, and they won't be changing any time soon
Cons
-Very much churn and burn, and most people burn out within the first few months. -They treat Talent Sourcers like SDRs and expect them to make hundreds of dials a day on very poorly put together lists (seems counter intuitive to a data provider) -Be sure to have another job lined up if you put in your two weeks as they will let you go on the spot, sometimes without an exit interview. -They track your every movement on your laptop with spyware they have installed. I took a couple days off and came back to drama about me responding to a recruiter on LinkedIn. -Compensation is laughable at best - and they push their Sourcers to explicitly lie to candidates (IE you can hit 100K in OTE as an SDR, which is completely false) -Benefits are a joke, barely any PTO, especially for how much work you put in. -Leadership does NOT have your best interests at heart. Once you aren't useful to them, they'll throw aside and eventually phase you out of the company. -Pushes their employees to leave good reviews for the company and for the CEO's books, and will pester you until you do. -Look at the average tenure of employees, either they've been working their for a couple months or have been employed since the beginning. Even now some of the people who have worked their for a long time are leaving because it's so toxic.
