The next day they fired everyone who didn't hit quota and said it wasn't just because of quota but 70 SDRs "cheated" the system and would not elaborate. Additionally, you can not change positions at 75% of quota it has to be consistently 100%. They ramp you up quickly with the quota and it changes often. Its basically a call center position and you have to be on zoom all day long and have to tell managment where you are going if you leave.
