Pros

a paycheck medical insurance for employee cost about standard Pro-rated PTO for the year is available after 90 days... so you get a nice PTO balance

Cons

CEO that will call and text you outside working hours or if you don't message him back in 5 mins on slack Chaotic Workplace ... so much slack usage it's crazy... things are always changing... business doesn't know to define its key performance indicators... data is a mess... lacks thought to save historical data and then wants you to make historical reports ... lack of formalizing business processes... lack of planning ... Asking for Quarterly Business Review reports hours before it needs to be done High churn and burn of employees Would rather have someone wrong vs spending time to get things right Work is always reactive NEVER proactive No Company HSA or company HSA match No 401k Until 1 year .. you can't even have an account that company will not match until 1 year No parental leave until 1 year High cost of insurance outside of the employee PTO doesn't cover over year to year

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
