Pros

I really can't say that I saw many. They did seem to put emphasis on promoting from within to fill leadership positions when needed.

Cons

They tell you it's salary, but you're actually hourly. They tell you that you get an hour lunch, but you've got to "clock off" and in order to make up for that supposed "provided hour of lunch" you have to work either an hour earlier than your shift, or an hour later and there is no room to negotiate that. All training is done in zoom rooms so when youre on calls with your clients, you are also hearing the voices of the 20+ other trainees in the same room with you, which is distracting and awful. They say it's in order to mimic being in an office, but in no office are all of your other coworkers talking directly in your ears. I had my brother die in October, and when I asked for a bit longer of leave than 2 days to get everything in order for him, as we have no other family, They simply let me go with no offer to come back. Horrible people. Imagine putting your employee into a bad financial position because their brother died.

Seamless Response

First and foremost, our condolences for the loss of your brother. We have a bereavement leave policy as well as a PTO policy to support our employees who experience such tragedy. All details around hourly rate, annualized salary, exemption status, and time-tracking are aligned with DOL regulations and outlined in each offer letter and handbook signed at the start of employment. Lastly, we do our best to create a feelings of inclusion and belonging in a remote environment and constantly ask our internal team for feedback on ways to improve. We regret to hear that it appears our internal team didn't have the opportunity to work though your questions, concerns, and personal situation during your time with us. However, we take your feedback seriously and appreciate you taking the time.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
