They tell you it's salary, but you're actually hourly.
They tell you that you get an hour lunch, but you've got to "clock off" and in order to make up for that supposed "provided hour of lunch" you have to work either an hour earlier than your shift, or an hour later and there is no room to negotiate that.
All training is done in zoom rooms so when youre on calls with your clients, you are also hearing the voices of the 20+ other trainees in the same room with you, which is distracting and awful. They say it's in order to mimic being in an office, but in no office are all of your other coworkers talking directly in your ears.
I had my brother die in October, and when I asked for a bit longer of leave than 2 days to get everything in order for him, as we have no other family, They simply let me go with no offer to come back. Horrible people. Imagine putting your employee into a bad financial position because their brother died.
