Pros

Remote work, uncapped commission, generous PTO.

Cons

Sales management seems to welcome high turnover for SDRs rather than skills development after the initial post-hire training. After one cycle under full quota attainment, expect them to micromanage you if you're ever trending behind moving forward. Most new SDR classes starting were just replacing SDRs who recently left or were let go, although they phrase it as the team growing. They expect a very high volume of cold calls even after exceeding the daily KPI of 350, regardless if the phone is not leading to success that day. Most SDRs do not make it past 6 months here. If you don't get fired for not meeting the KPIs, the stress and micromanaging leadership will make you leave.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
