Pros

- Excellent culture from the top down, especially Seamless COO Danielle who is an absolute rock star and cares more about her employees than any executive I've come across. - Uncapped growth potential. This tends to be empty lip service at most companies, but not Seamless. Working here for seven years catapulted my career and changed my life. - Representing a company/product that solves real problems and delivers significant revenue impact to help people and their companies. - In lieu of bonuses, they've switched to virtual pizza parties. Kidding... as that would NOT be a "Pro."

Cons

Like any high transactional SaaS environment - especially on the sales side - it can be a serious grind. But that comes with the territory. Apollo (competitor of Seamless) has impacted market share and made sales cycles increasingly challenging. Apollo has grown/scaled much faster than Seamless, with 9X annual recurring revenue growth since 2021. I would love to see Seamless copy Apollo's playbook. Starting with a shift from sales led growth, and go all in product led growth. Apollo has much less sales people than Seamless, and exponentially more dev/product people than Seamless. Even though Seamless has better data, Apollo is winning on their "perceived value" with a more built out product, and a much more effective GTM strategy. The result is substantially more revenue, growth, and valuation.

Pros

- can be a fun work environment with good peers that are other sdrs - learned how to talk on phone

Cons

- stresssful work environment - fires all of their sdrs or lays them off - terrible higher management above the SDR managers - terrible data and expects sdrs to figure it out - gives no help above upper management - ceo and upper management post “don’t lay off employees that don’t produce, the churn and burn doesn’t work” yet THEY CHURN AND BURN. They don’t even know what’s going on in their own company. - constant stress about getting fired the next month - a lot of threats about getting fired
