-learning a lot about various industries that steel is used in -great community -ability to work from home at times -lots of knowledge within the sales team

-wish the entire sales team would get together more often.

Fun environment with the people that I work closely with in office.

Facilities are spread out - not many opportunities for the company to get together as a whole.
