      Poor leadership with little to no direction. There business strategy is bring in competitors sales team. Canadian company with liberal far left values.

      -learning a lot about various industries that steel is used in -great community -ability to work from home at times -lots of knowledge within the sales team

      Cons

      -wish the entire sales team would get together more often.
