      I represent SearchBlox as a Customer Success manager and have been associate with them from past 1 year. It is an amazing organisation that gives employees an arena to shine and feel important. Everyone are treated with the utmost respect and given a wealth of self-esteem to carry on in their Work Professionally. The Management are always willing to Listen to any concerns or Questions from the employees. It is an awesome place to explore, learn and implement new things.       Pros

      Extremely friendly and helpful team. They made me feel like I had been working with them for a long time and did not feel like an outsider at any point. Everyone including top C-suite executives is very involved in the work and keeps providing ideas to try out. Always updated with the latest developments in AI

      Cons

      Since the workforce is completely remote, in person bonding with colleagues was missing.

      Pros

      I have found working with SearchBlox to be Collaborative, fun, low-stress, enjoyable. I like working with smart and nice folks on the team.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but there are the typical challenges inherent with working with totally remote teams as compared to being co-located with teams.
