Searchlight Solutions does many things well. Management is great, and will listen closely to any ideas or concerns from employees. Work hours are flexible, and the pay is competitive.

Very small company, so upward mobility is tough. Also, because this is a start-up sized company, the future growth of the company is always in the balance. Overall, this is still a great place to work.
