Pros
Great people, great management, earning potential, comissionable pay structure, amount of comission paid, pre-set appointments, ease of hitting monthly bonus, always accomodating to your needs You will read many people claiming this is a horrible job. Sales is not for everyone. Take it from someone who has personally seen tons of people be hired and leave within 6 months because they could not make enough money. If your good at sales like me and you can hold a 30% close rate you can make 70k easy per year and probably max out around 120k-180k depending on your location. Many people think they are good at sales until they take this job and find out they are more of an order taker. It will take time. It will take dedication. There will be good times, bad times, busy times and slow times. But for what you can make and the flexibility I wouldn't have it any other way
Cons
100% comission, can drive up to 4-5 hours per day during peak seasons, minimal milage compensation, they don't pre-qualify appointments very well and the call center tends to stretch the truth to get you in the house, health benefits are too expensive to purchase through company, mimimum wage through training, sales is not for everyone.
