Working for Sears you are working for the largest repair company in the US. I feel as if I’ve been set up for success since my hire date with in depth training for some of the top techs in the field, access to all of the latest information applicable to our field and the fact that the company provides you with everything you will need to be able to run your route daily (tools van etc). More than competitive wages and the willingness to work with you even when the roughest personal times hit not to mention a comprehensive benefits package. I can honestly say I love my job and the company that I work for
