Pros
Competitive pay, vacation time, management is second to none. Any issue you may have a solution will be found quick and with ease. With the current district there’s years of knowledge and we all work together great. I look at my coworkers like family that you can rely on. If you have any scheduling issues with advance notice management will work with you to take care of any issues that may arise and get you off on time or schedule the day. Of course there usually is some notice required but that goes with any career.
