Pros

Ability to make a LOT of money from year 1. Uncapped commissions. Very positive and inspiring culture at work Management is great, very helpful without any micromanagement The other sales staff are very supportive and do what they can to help you succeed Paid three week, intensive training program--probably the best I've seen. Customer leads are provided by them, no cold calling.

Cons

Their training program is great. You learn a lot of great sales techniques; however going out in the field with the field trainer, you soon learn that they use extreme high-pressure on customers to get a sale. If you are comfortable outstaying your welcome in a stranger's home, and making them feel pressured into spending 5-digits on new cabinet doors and a counter top, and like you won't leave unless they do it---then you'll do fine. Customer leads are provided by them, however, these customers are told that it will take an hour or so, when in reality it could be up to 5 hours.
