Pros

Nice workers, workspace, and scenery.

Cons

I work 5 am-9:30 pm 7 days in a row every other week. I will not be alert in the event of an accident; this is not sustainable and absurd to ask of people. I haven't seen my parents, siblings, or friends in days. Why everyone else is just alright with this lifestyle baffles me.
