Pros

The office is nice and modern.

Cons

Fake employees pretending to be positive, very difficult to make it to the top couple percent. It is a tough sell with their sales pitch and only a job for someone with loads of confidence.

Pros

Lots of room for real returns on your work. Lot's of bonus potential, like monthly competitions and good commission. Supportive and welcoming colleagues, and easy access to higher-ups. Great exposure to sales and the broader energy market, teaches you a lot.

Cons

Commission is a double-edged sword, with no medical benefits/retirement. NOT FOR EVERYONE, you definitely need to be able to brush stuff off and keep your head up. A lot of driving, of course thats dependent on your commute, but you can be placed in areas across the whole of DFW, and I assume it's the same for Houston. B2B, and D2D, can definitely wear on you and some business owners are more receptive than others.
