The people that we work with. Sectra has the feel of a small tight family.

Cons

growing so fast but we don't want to rush and just hire people so it seems like we are always just a little short. But this is better than hiring bad people.

Training needs to be better. Engineers should be assigned to new hires to help/shadow. Documentation is lacking (its getting better) After hours support isnt efficient, needs to be redone
