The company is focused on customer satisfaction, which is refreshing because my last company was more focused on sales....even if they couldn't deliver after the contract was signed.

Training needs to be better. Engineers should be assigned to new hires to help/shadow. Documentation is lacking (its getting better) After hours support isnt efficient, needs to be redone
