Cons

The application is probably the most feature rich on the market today, which makes it highly customizable. The Engineering background they expect for the amount of pay they are expecting you to do it at is unrealistic in the United States.

Training needs to be better. Engineers should be assigned to new hires to help/shadow. Documentation is lacking (its getting better) After hours support isnt efficient, needs to be redone
