There is a level of uncertainty that is felt on a daily basis. As employees we are expected to go above and beyond for our tenants but when it came to us no one went above and beyond. There is lack in training at all levels. Communication is almost non existent and when we questioned why we were not adviced something they assumed they did tell us. Favoritism is huge between management and upper management. Most employees have felt they can not address a concern in fear of retaliation. This company is very much a make us money but we could careless what you as an employee is dealing with. Most properties have damaged buildings, pavement, equipment and managers are asked to just deal. Angry tenants discuss rate increases on these properties and they are told it's to improve your property and nothing gets done. They expect so much for not enough pay. It has potential if only upper management took the time to actually listen to it's employees instead of treating them as indispensable.
