Pros
Internship here was amazing. People are really helpful and happy. Culture among the company- when not in a hectic time- is really encouraging. You have a lot of autonomy and are able to control your own hours to an extent (although 45 hours is the expected minimum). You have the option to work from home during the week. Teams have great morale. We had weekly lunches out to restaurants.
Cons
Employees are sacrificed before the bottom line. It's entirely common to work 50-70 hour weeks depending on conversion dates. Work-life balance is incredibly difficult. Can't plan anything in life until 5 hours before because it might be a crazy work day. Poor communication about deadlines and work expectations. You can be notified you're on call for a conversion task 3 hours before- leaving no time to plan for it
