Pros
- Challenging and rewarding work - Ambiguity, providing opportunity to expand into many areas, minimal red tape - Room for professional growth and advancement (I've been promoted 3x in 3 years) - Encouraged to take 4+ weeks off per year (unlimited PTO) - Great perks and benefits - Ability to build very strong internal and external relationships - Access to anyone at any level, encouraged - Everyone has a voice, and encouraged to speak up - the best ideas aren't always from the top - Valiant efforts to cultivate connection through events and slack channels - Leadership committed to growth (Bar raisers program, leadership training from SLT, etc.) - Buddy program for new leaders to seamlessly integrate by having a mentor assigned - No one is above anyone else - High performers are acknowledged and offered bonus multipliers and so on - Values extreme ownership, transparency and radical candor
Cons
- The pace/pressure can be too much for those that are not very driven and motivated - This is not a bureaucratic org, so one must be very comfortable in ambiguity
