      Pros

      None whatsoever, health, dental, and 401k benefits are overshadowed by the negative aspects of the company.

      Cons

      Micromanging, Horrible Leadership, Disorganized and Inconsistent Company, Low Pay, INSANE Work Load, Horrible Work Environment. Bad Hiring Teams, Not Responsive. Workplace Discrimination. Wrongful Terminations with no warnings whatsoever after YEARS of dedicated and near perfect documented performance, yet people who've received several warnings and terrible performance, even leaders, have not been terminated.

      Pros

      Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

      Cons

      Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
