Pros

Generous PTO, Hybrid, decent benefits

Cons

Horrible training that does not pertain to your actual job. It’s so bad that people were quitting before training was over. Company seems great at first but then things get real after you have settled into your role. A mentor is assigned at first and then you are basically thrown into your job and hung out to dry. It’s a nightmare and I wanted pull my hair out every day. When I had a question there was no one to ask that didn’t have an attitude. We used TEAMS for communication and everyone status was always set to “busy”. Sometimes I waited an hour to get a reply. There are many “clicks” around the office so if you’re not part of one they basically ignore you. The company is not professional. On many occasions there was a manager that would yell profanities at someone and everyone in the office could hear. One thing is for certain: you will be overworked and behind due to lack of employees and people quitting. They only give you 37.5 hours instead of the whole 40. The pay is upside for the amount of work you’ll be doing. I’ve never left a company review. I wanted to put all of this out there before anyone considers working for this “company”

Pros

I love the camaraderie with my team and all of Sedgwick. My supervisor, Sherry Strunk, is super helpful. Overall, I enjoy my work and the people I work with.

Cons

ICERS and JURIS. LOL!! They are annoying.

Pros

I have only stayed this long for the insurance.

Cons

Its a terrible company to work for and in order to grow at the company, you have to step all over your coworkers to prove loyalty to the company. If you're hated by everyone, then you are exactly what they are looking for. Someone with no remorse. They put so much stress and pressure on you and expect you to put that same stress and pressure down on your leaders, and because you don't want to be a terrible person, you will just stay on the computer for over 12 hours a day to complete the work yourself. The management has become increasingly worse, maybe they are just miserable people, or maybe they thrive off the sick power trip. Its sad to see how terrible they can be to their employees and get rewarded for it. I hate my job and am praying for something better.
