Pros
It's employment with benefits. Casual dress. Free coffee. Good coworkers
Cons
I belive the positive reviews, at least in part, are fake. Curious that these are also pushed to the top. I don't know people who are happy here. I hear complaints all day long. PTO is hard to take. Chronic understaffing. Work life balance is a JOKE. Health insurance is expensive. Pay is poor. Work load is ridiculous. A 37.5 hour week that they speak of is impossible unless you are hourly. Then you can't do OT, but are stilo expected to get an impossible amount of work done. You are allowed to take breaks, but can't if you get kicked out before work is done. Then you get hassled about not getting enough done and don't wxpect a raise. There are no cost of living raises. Merit raises are tiny if you get them. I mean you really barely see any change on your check. And the managers don't care. You are set up for failure and frustration at every turn. There are more stress claims and people quitting than I have ever seen in other jobs. This company should be ashamed of how they treat good people.
