Pros

Decent benefits, good PTO program. This position is great to make connections with a diverse group of professionals. They provide mentors and a good training program to give new employees a solid foundation. Some have complained about management, but I haven't had that experience at all. Really chill and easy people to talk to. They love to answer your questions. Then again, I tend to stay out of office politics.

Cons

I'm doing claims examiner work as a claims rep, but not being paid like a claims examiner. That's my ONLY knock on this company.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
