Pros

Good benefits package, generous PTO (if you can use it) and great colleagues to work with. Opportunity to telecommute (if you can stay day current-which can be an unrealistic demand). Good opportunity to gain experience at an entry level position.

Cons

Unrealistic and demanding case load. Does not promote great work ethics/efficiency and the overall morale is very low. The company promises the clients so much because they are only concerned about "numbers"; however overwhelms the examiners with a case load that cannot produce the results as promised. Does not promote work-life balance; however promotes bullying and fear tactics by middle management. Does not have a contingency plan to assist examiners when they take PTO (work does not get done). Micromanaging is rampant and depending on the department you are in, they can be quite rude to the point where they treat competent workers like children. Not unheard of to see a colleague(s) cry or get emotional due to the overwhelming case load or due to having the extra burden of taking on another examiners case load because of management not being prepared or proactive.

Pros

I have only stayed this long for the insurance.

Cons

Its a terrible company to work for and in order to grow at the company, you have to step all over your coworkers to prove loyalty to the company. If you're hated by everyone, then you are exactly what they are looking for. Someone with no remorse. They put so much stress and pressure on you and expect you to put that same stress and pressure down on your leaders, and because you don't want to be a terrible person, you will just stay on the computer for over 12 hours a day to complete the work yourself. The management has become increasingly worse, maybe they are just miserable people, or maybe they thrive off the sick power trip. Its sad to see how terrible they can be to their employees and get rewarded for it. I hate my job and am praying for something better.
