Overtime is expected Caseload constantly increases Management is not helpful when question arise and are unaware of the duties their employees are expected to have. Very little room for growth. Typically hire outside rather than promote within. Excuse after excuse from management Quick to change. Policies and practices are always changing with no input from front line employees and not clearly communicated.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
