Can’t think of anything that’s proactive

“Caring counts” only applies to Sedgwick’s bottom line. Their slogan is a straight up lie! Sedgwick does not care about their own employees let alone their clients employees. They are good at denying FMLA for their OWN employees including unemployment benefits. Google Sedgwick CMS and you will find countless complaints and lawsuits. The pay is way below the market especially for the amount of workload. Every call is monitored so do not expect a good QA which is opinion based. VERY HIGH TURNOVER! Don’t expect a career from this company.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
