Pros

The are no pros, Management is the worst, this company does not care about their employees or their well being!

Cons

Mandatory overtime continuously due to the high turnover. They cannot keep good employees due to the way they treat them, which is very poorly! Management is terrible, you have leads and specialist which are equally bad, they treat their employees like they are garbage! The leads and specialists talk about employees and share personal information to other colleagues continuously regarding other colleagues. No incentives no raises and mandatory overtime without any let up. They are by far the worst company I have ever worked for. The management in the seven hills office is destroying the company.

Pros

Great Company to work for with a great claims system. Does it go slow some time yes, but by far it is productive. This company truly wants employees to get work done. This is how it should be. So far so good. They really encourage teamwork and employee teamwork! Stark contrast to other places I’ve worked.

Cons

Need to be a little more strong on client rules of what we can and cannot provide. It’s very client service oriented. However, without limits can cause confusion to directives and expectations.
