Pros

Team members are great Out of hours staff can use the car park

Cons

Where to start. I started working here before the company was bought out and was called ‘Cunningham Lindsey’. Management are some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met and their egos are far bigger than their brains. There is absolutely no opportunity to progress, no pay rises and the training is a joke. You will only get a management position in this company if you are a friend or family member of those interviewing you. The company never follows it’s own HR policies, I assume this is why they refuse to recognise a union because they’d be in court every other week. There is also forced overtime for which you receive no appreciation. In my 5 years at the company I’ve seen unfair dismissals, constructive dismissals, nepotism, bullying (by management) and favouritism. There is currently a mass exodus of staff as everyone has reached their limit.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
