Pros

Some working from home benefits for few employees. Had it not been an option I would have left long ago.

Cons

Zero work like balance. The more work you do the more work you get. No appreciation for all the extra work done. Hundreds of emails with a claim count beyond expectations.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
