Tough to work here - Claims Specialist Sedgwick Employee Review

They decided to stop putting money into our 401k. They decided not to give us the raises we worked and continue to work hard for. They kill us with so much data entry. They constantly add to our jobs making it even harder. Health insurance has terribly high copayments and deductibles. Plenty if pro, but if you dont use it yearly, you lose it. There is no help if you are out, making PTO a joke. You cant take it. If you do, you more than make up for it. Very hard to make their numbers. They dont care about doing a good job as an adjuster. They only care about their numbers.
