      always hiring and advancement if you know someone. You can have no management skills and first working in the industry, but still get a job over someone who has been with the company/industry 20 years.

      Cons

      No work life balance Promotions and hiring based of who you know, not what you know. Terrible managaement Company has been sued several times

      Remote role only pay check always on time

      Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion. Workload out way the low pay No good benefits Minimal PTO hours No team building, just work work work Micro management at finest Leadership is also bias towards contractors and perms
