Extremely large workload, micromanagement, awful management, regularly expected to work way over 40 hours no matter what they say during the interview.
Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion.
