      Too much promised to clients with limited resources causes employee stress and is the major cause of a high turn over rate. Hours of work exceed 50 hours a week if salaried.

      Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

      When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
