      Pros

      There are a few good people to show you the ropes of things when you begin. Days off are well for entry level The corporate headquarters in Memphis, TN is nice. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Team Management needs to be reevaluated. Management is on a power trip and does not care about the value of their team or individual members, unless for their own benefit. The team lead talks reckless to anyone that disagree with their actions, whether right or wrong. The pay is low and you are not able to negotiate it. I was lied to about negotiating my pay based on my skills. The pay is not enough for the task you will have to do on a daily for production. Training is a joke.

      Remote role only pay check always on time

      Cons

      Leadership are users and mean with a serious jealous streak in them once they see how smart you are. They are also racist towards African Americans but hire a couple to reflect that they are. This company does not foster diversity and inclusion. Workload out way the low pay No good benefits Minimal PTO hours No team building, just work work work Micro management at finest Leadership is also bias towards contractors and perms
