      PTO Time is awesome. The overall benefits package is good. Nice environment to work in. Your work area is pleasant. Nice place to work and learn about the insurance industry.

      Cons

      Very stressful workload. You manage over 300 clients at one time. There are too many layers of management. A lot of time is wasted in staff meetings. Changes are constant.

      Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

      Cons

      When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
