PTO is generous- if you are lucky enough to use it. Moving up in the company is easy.
Cons
Where to begin…… -zero work life balance -if you know different departments they will use you to help -training is absolutely horrendous -zero accountability -the client is more important than the employees doing the work -the pay is absolutely ridiculous; the raises they give are a joke too -if your looking for a job… come to Sedgwick where we will suck the life out of you, give you never ending anxiety and depression
