Pros

Remote, got the choice of a schedule

Cons

As a new hire, I’ve experienced significant discrepancies in the onboarding process. The promised two-week training session provided insufficient hands-on preparation for phone duties, leaving me and my colleagues unprepared. Moreover, there’s a concerning misalignment between the initially communicated role and the actual responsibilities assigned. The lack of transparency from higher-ups regarding role expectations is disheartening. If you value your self-respect and seek a transparent work environment, I recommend exploring other opportunities. The disregard for employee concerns and the misleading information provided create an unfavorable work atmosphere. Consider this review as a cautionary note for prospective employees. It’s disheartening to experience a lack of genuine care from team leaders who prioritize their interests. The promise of growth opportunities feels hollow when the reality is different. Reflecting on my decision to join this company, I regret not exploring other options where the commitment to employee well-being might be more sincere. The idea of spending a significant portion of one’s life here only to attain a team leader position feels like a misplaced investment in personal and professional development.

Pros

I have only stayed this long for the insurance.

Cons

Its a terrible company to work for and in order to grow at the company, you have to step all over your coworkers to prove loyalty to the company. If you're hated by everyone, then you are exactly what they are looking for. Someone with no remorse. They put so much stress and pressure on you and expect you to put that same stress and pressure down on your leaders, and because you don't want to be a terrible person, you will just stay on the computer for over 12 hours a day to complete the work yourself. The management has become increasingly worse, maybe they are just miserable people, or maybe they thrive off the sick power trip. Its sad to see how terrible they can be to their employees and get rewarded for it. I hate my job and am praying for something better.
