Pros

The work from home is nice, benefit package is pretty good, PTO is good.

Cons

Everything else about the company is terrible. I have it personally been talked down to but so many of my co-workers have been it's terrible. They use shame to motivate employees rather than actually offer in support. The only thing they care about is closing claims, with no regard for anything else about the claim handling process. They're very focused on returning contact within 24 hours but bombarding you with so much work that it's almost impossible to do that. I haven't been here very long and I won't be here for much longer. I thought the work from home would be nice but so many of my co-workers work until 10:00 or 11:00 at night everyday. I refuse to do that, but if you want to be successful here that's what it requires.

Pros

Long training period, hybrid schedule - Mondays and Fridays from home and T, W, Th in office.

Cons

When hiring on, I accepted a salary of $18 per hour because the HR team said everyone gets a promotion and salary bump after 6 months. Thats not true. I get a 97% audit rate and still haven't didn't get a cost of living raise since I've been there. They have a clear promotion path that you MUST follow and it jumps you up like 30 cents per hour between positions. Its possible to get promoted, but you might as well stay put because its double the work for a tiny salary bump.
